Comparisons - how we have changed over the years

Max is now two years old and he celebrated his birthday playing outside in the garden in the most lovely Springlike weather here in the UK. Mind you we are told it isn't going to last with the weather forecast for heavy snow and harsh frosts during the week. But for his birthday Max got lovely weather and was able to stalk and play with Lara and Oscar in the shrubs around the garden.

Naturally he took some time out to pose for one or two birthday photographs and needless to say his two friends got in on the action as well!

Although he is now fully grown and becoming quite a sensible and gentle cat he does have his moments of wild fun and he adores wrestling with Lara when she lets him. Oscar tends to be a bit rough but nevertheless they can often be seen rolling around together with fur flying as they take it in turns to be on top!

Just the other day both Max and Lara had disappeared and Oscar was wandering around trying to figure out where they were. I found them high on top of the wardrobe keeping a watchful eye on Oscar but well out of range!

All three enjoy seeking out new places to hide and the favourite at present seems to be in the storage cupboard under the bed. I am not sure which of the three has figured out how to slide open the doors but anytime they are nowhere to be seen I look in there and see three pairs of eyes staring back!

They are still a great delight to have around - three can get up to quite a bit of mischief - but they love to settle down in the evenings and they take it in turn for a cuddle!
